The CSPES PTO Grants Team is growing, and we’re looking for 1–2 engaged, detail-oriented volunteers to join us in supporting innovative classroom learning and enrichment for our community!
❓ What We Do:
Fund Schoolwide Programs: Help manage PTO grants that support schoolwide events and initiatives.
Empower Teachers and Staff: Coordinate teacher and staff grant applications for creative, hands-on classroom projects.
Maximize Impact: Review proposals and offer guidance to ensure funds go directly where they make the biggest difference.
🫵 What You’ll Do:
Attend short, periodic team meetings (virtual or in-person).
Review teacher grant requests and help evaluate proposal ideas.
Collaborate with the PTO board and CSPES staff.
Support small, meaningful projects that directly benefit our students.
👀 Who We’re Looking For:
Anyone who enjoys organization, collaboration, and creative problem-solving.
No grant experience required—just a desire to help!
Low time commitment, high impact: Averages just 4 hours a month.
