The Fundraising Chair (board position) oversees all fundraising efforts to ensure goals are met, budgets are respected, and plans are clearly communicated. While individual fundraisers may have their own event leads, this role provides big-picture coordination and board visibility.

Communicate all fundraising plans and updates to the Board
Maintain visibility into fundraisers led by others
Pivot and coordinate new fundraisers if needed
Ensure fundraisers are promoted through the right channels
