📆 Clear-Out Dates

Unclaimed items are donated on the last school day of each month. Don’t wait too long — your child’s favorite hoodie could disappear!

✅ How to Claim an Item

If you see your child’s item in the photo album, email eapessu@gmail.com or stop by the Lost & Found table at events.

In your email, include:

• Student name

• Teacher/grade

• Item description or claim number

About Claim Numbers:

Each item in the album is labeled, on a post it note, with a claim number (month, week, item #). Example: 10.01.03. Please include the claim number and a short description of the item in your email so we can quickly match it and return it to your child.

📦 Pickup & Delivery

• Valuables (like earbuds or jewelry) must be picked up from the front office.

• All other items will be delivered to your child’s classroom on the last school day of the week.

✍️ Label Everything!

The #1 way to make sure items find their way home is to label them clearly with your child’s name. Jackets, lunch boxes, water bottles, even shoes — if you’re wondering “Should this be labeled?” The answer is always: Label it!
