This is a school-led event. From school admin:
Our students have been working hard on their STEM Fair projects. On Saturday, March 21, all CSPES students in grades K-5 are invited to present their STEM projects to the judges. Winners will be chosen from each grade level. While only the finalists from grades 3-5 will advance to the county fair, the STEM Fair on March 21 is open to all CSPES students. Every student is encouraged to showcase their innovative ideas, discoveries, and hard work to our school community.
As you already know, the deadline for submitting the final project to the Science teacher is approaching. To qualify for the school-wide competition, you must attend the STEM Fair and present your project. Extenuating circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To participate in the STEM Fair, you need to return your final project to your teacher and complete the Intent Form by Friday, March 13.
Students are allowed to display additional items related to their project and are responsible for bringing them on the event day.
If you have any questions or need help, feel free to contact your child's Science teacher.
Additionally, if you or someone you know is interested in volunteering as a judge, please fill out the interest form. If additional judges are needed, we will contact those who have signed up with detailed information about the judging process and the event schedule.
Looking forward to seeing our students' creative projects on display!
